ICF modernized the ASSIST application from dozens of disparate systems to what is now a fully integrated, 以用户为中心, and secure platform operating as the first major system on GSA’s FAS Cloud 服务 (FCS). We’ve helped GSA evolve and integrate the existing shared portfolio of eight electronic systems used for awarding and administering federal financial assistance (i.e., grants, loans) and contracts through Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) development processes on the FAS Cloud 服务 (FCS) platform and others.
